I just returned from a brief stay at the Encore hotel in Las Vegas, the newest Steve Wynn property, and a first-time stay at this luxurious hotel for moi. It is a beautiful property and one that I will definitely want to stay at again...and actually already have it booked with my sisters and mom this February for our mom's birthday! The first thing that struck me when I walked into the Encore was the color RED...it's everywhere -- in the carpets, the chandeliers, the sconces, the tapestries, the restaurants, the theaters and more. The second thing that caught my attention was the strong BUTTERFLY theme throughout the entire hotel property...and I, of course, having named my company Social Butterfly Designs, really do LOVE and APPRECIATE all things BUTTERFLY! So, I took my camera happy self on a little butterfly tour through the Encore and snapped a few of the many butterly motifs throughout the hotel. Here they are for your viewing pleasure:
I highly recommend the Encore and if you are lucky enough to see Garth Brooks while you are here...by all means do! Unbelievably good..."Genius."
